Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. An account is considered active if you have placed at least one real-money bet within the last 90 days. If your account goes inactive for more than 90 days, accumulated points may be reset. Logging in alone does not count as activity — a wager is required.

Tier status is reviewed on a rolling 90-day basis. If your points balance falls below the threshold for your current tier during a review period, your tier will be adjusted accordingly at the next review. You'll receive a notification before any downgrade takes effect, giving you time to maintain your status if you choose to.

All real-money games contribute to your loyalty points. Slots and crash games contribute at 100% of the standard rate. Live dealer casino games contribute at 50%. Sports bets contribute at 100% regardless of your tier. Bonus money wagers do not count toward loyalty points — only real money bets qualify.

Cashback is calculated on your net losses over the Monday-to-Sunday period. Net loss means total wagers minus total winnings for that week. The cashback percentage depends on your tier at the end of the week. It is credited to your account every Monday by 12:00 PM and is available as real money with no wagering requirement attached.
